1. Robert M. Hipke appeals a circuit court judgment convicting him of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated as a third offense. Hipke asserts that the circuit court erred in denying his motion to suppress because the police officer who stopped him did not have the reasonable suspicion required to justify the initial stop. We conclude that the initial stop was valid. We therefore affirm the circuit courts judgment.
