This is an appeal from three judgments of conviction entered July 7, 1967, after a trial by jury. The defendant was found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder contrary to sec. 940.01, Stats., and one count of attempted murder contrary to secs. 939.32 (1) and 940.01. The defendant was sentenced to two consecutive terms of life imprisonment and an indeterminate term of not more than thirty years imprisonment, such indeterminate term to run concurrently with the sentence imposed on the second count of murder in the first degree.
